SureStay Plus by Best Western Orlando Lake Buena Vista

We are arrive about 1 AM in the morning. The gentleman at the front office was very knowledgeable. He check us in right away, direct us to our room and also where we could get something to eat because I had the kids with me and they are small kids the room was comfortable with the kids like the beds. Me and my husband was comfortable where we slept. It was a good experience. Breakfast was good. There was options for you to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place and if I should go back to Orlando, I will definitely stay there again.

Location - Soooo conveniently located! Took me just 12 minutes to get to Animal Kingdom Lodge where I was meeting up with friends. Also, just a couple minutes from the Outlet Mall, where there is a Disney store, and a Denny's restaurant that is open 24 hours. The free breakfast is good and the front desk staff was very courteous and kind. The beds looked uncomfortable, but I slept very well and woke up with no back pain. Towels were soft and absorbent. Room was clean and comfortable

*(The breakfast buffet included so it saves $$ for one mealtime-eggs sausage,pancakes/toast/frenchtoast yogurt/apple/banana muffin/cinnamonroll (same daily) coffee&juice dispenser. *(Great location-15mins to disney world parks. Lots of stores/restaurants less than 3-5min away, * they dont offer daily room cleaning this trip, so any towels have to get from lobby, last one had to request it day b4. Assuming its season thing. Last trip the security was great no entry from outside unless use room key to enter, or had to go thru fromt lobby, not this trip definitely needs fixed.

Nice big room for us to spread out. Great for families. Good value for a room with a kitchen.

The value of the hotel was good. Nice sized room with full size refrigerator. Breakfast was ok but it being included made it better.
